I tried to apply for Pandora credit card. There was a problem with system. When asked to verify information, my social security number was wrong. This happened 3 times. While the sales person wrang up my purchase, the manager put the charms on the bracelet. She overlooked a charm and I had to return the following day to pick it up. This was an huge inconvenience and I had over an hour of travel time

We purchased a bracelet last year in October, the clasp is popping open and I was told there is nothing they can do, I would have to purchase a new bracelet. I was told they don't repair bracelets. I was able to return a couple of charms that we bought duplicates of, but was upset I had to purchase a new bracelet - even though the bracelet is not full, nor tight.. looks like it is a product defect.

I wanted the free traveling case when I purchased the 2 charms for my granddaughters but they were all sold out. This stopped me or my husband from purchasing an additional 2 charms so I could have the cases to give to my granddaughters for Christmas. Instead I’ll purchase more charms that are on sale inside the Magic Kingdom and the Pandora Store in Disney Springs next month.

Not a lot of choices on blue charms .... The associate that helped me was ok and helped me with what I needed but she wasn’t extremely friendly.

Seems like you cannot take your time browsing through the store. Arrows telling you which way to go in such a small store seems over the top since your really 6 feet or closer no matter what you do. Masks are very inconvenient.
