Trying to move through the store following arrows was a very tight squeeze and end of arrow out was blocked by a pole

I went in looking specifically for Harry Potter charms. Most of them were not on display they had to get them from the cabinet under the display case. I think the Disney and Harry Potter should be easier to find I hate being assisted until I've found what I'm looking for. The associate was very nice and did find both charms I wanted though.

I was pretty satisfied. On my first visit i tried on a ring at 4.5. My next visit my boyfriend bought the same ring i tried on and it was much too big. i am not sure if there was a miscommunication or anything but i will be returning to get my right size.

Well i don’t really have a reason. It was my first time and it was nice and pretty things to look at. But it wasn’t like the greatest I guess

I went into the store to try to get a bead off . I was notified they thought the bracelet was defected so they replaced the bracelet with a new one . Which was amazing and I appreciated it . However I was upset due to the two charms that were damaged were no longer available and was told maybe a outlet store might have them .

The merchandise is so well displayed and lovely that I want to keep coming back to get more. The store was very welcoming and had a good atmosphere. I was very satisfied with my purchase.

In store experience was great! one thing that you could do better is not email me about my recent visit around the holidays so that my significant other knows where and probably what the gifts are that I'm going to be giving her. USE YOUR HEAD PANDORA! Very upset about this. Hopefully I got to the email before my wife did... Christmas surprise ruined...
