I worked with a salesperson by phone to narrow down the item I wanted to come in to view in person. The salesperson was vey helpful by phone and new the product line very well. I indicated I had to drive about 70 miles to reach her store so wanted to be sure they had what I desired before making the trip. After 1 1/2 hours of driving I reached the store, asked for the salesperson only to be told she was in the backroom on break! The person who greeted me went to the backroom to get my contact only to come back out saying, "yes she is on brake so I can help you". I was understandable taken back by this first since I traveled so far and second I had to repeat everything already discussed to another person wasting time and starting the process all over. I'm not if the people in the store work on commission or not but to experience this type of INACTION to a potential buyer (knowing that it took extreme effort just to get to the store) is in my opinion, unacceptable. I'm sure another break period could have been arranged after I made the purchase and left the building. If I had not traveled so far I would have turned around and left without buying anything.

My sales associate was accessible and knowledgeable. Although, when I showed her a picture of what I was looking for that I’d found on the Pandora website she pulled that out and when I asked if she also had it in Amethyst she claimed “no” until I think she realized I was going to be spending money and she walked off and found another ring in Amethyst. She never greeted me with a smile nor did she smile during the whole time I was with her and I spent literally just under $200.00 in the store that day. She acted inconvenienced.

The first woman who saw my fiance and I did not acknowledge us at all, even to tell us that someone would be with us in a bit. We almost walked out due to her lack of customer service, but Sara made up for it.

The store and the associate who assisted me were fabulous. I just think that the merchandise (a small charm) was overpriced at almost $50.

I purchased a pair of earrings for my grandaughter because these were the ones she wanted. I was very disappointed to see they were made in Taiwan and even the box was from China. Why not American made ? Will probably not shop there again.

Could see items on display. Hand to pull out a bracelet that had the charms loaded on it. Hard to see individual charms. Associate couldn't find charms we wanted to purchase, had to have someone else suggest that they look in another cupboard. Then couldn't find the barcodes to purchase. Had to manually look up the item on the Pandora internet site and manually input the item number in order to make the purchase.
