The assistants within the store seemed to not be as social as I would have liked. They helped me in the end but it took them awhile to warm up. They were very good at finding what I needed.

first visit the store associate explain the bracelet fit perfectly the next my arm had dents and it was uncomfortable i went back the next day to up the size the store manager and store associate did switch out the bracelet but both of them were just miserable and making it uncomfortable

Veterans discount dropped from the normal 25 percent down to 15 percent. Some kind of notice should have gone out. I drove 3 hours to continue buying from the same store where I always have gone to. Each year I buy 6 to 8 charms but now that will have to be cut down on a fixed income..

The sales associate was friendly enough but not quite able to concentrate or put me in an area where sales associates weren’t constantly trying to open cabinets etc

The goods in the store are being used by employees and put up for sale, they are worn out and dull.

1st time at this location. Very lackadaisical personnel. Weren't very friendly but more matter of fact. Wish I went to my normal location in Newington NH. Much nicer and felt more appreciated there.

The sales associate was not very friendly. I was greeted promptly and asked if i could be helped. I stated I was there to purchase a Disney bracelet. She got a bracelet for me to try on, then took out another size that fit better. I was not asked if I would like anything else and she proceeded to ring me up. She helped with my basic request, did not offer to do any more. It was a transaction only. I love Pandora jewelry and will definitely purchase again. I hope the next sales associate is more friendly.

The Pandora at the Mall of NH was great. That is where I was helped and made my purchase. When at the Pandora in Nashua Mall was ignored for 10minutes then walked out. I will not go back there.

I get out of work late, the store claimed to be open till 8pm. I rushed over there and git there at 7:50 and the Doors were closed and the lady inside just shook her head. I had to come back the next day where my service was good but I was super disappointed that the store was not true to its hours and wasted my time.

The manager had a horrible attitude. She was very back and fourth with us rather than just showing us what we asked to see. She became visibly agitated when I was asking her how to fix a bracelet that is bent. She couldn’t explain to me how the mechanism in the bracelet works.
