I was looking for stud earrings, and there was a very limited selection available. The salesperson seemed completely uninterested in assisting me, and I was doubtful about her knowledge of the merchandise.

Pickup process. Didn't have my license but had confirmation with me. Couldn't pick up but let me cancel the order and rebuy it. Does this make any sense to you?????

Sales rep cared less in showing me the charms I had requested to see. She told me To shop online for the charms. She did not pull out any tray of charms to show me. I had to guess what wanted and had no choices at all. Very lazy

The associates working were extremely rude and huffed and puffed any time I asked for a different size or style ring when they didn’t have what I wanted. Very rude and condescending.

Sales person did not offer any suggestions. I had hoped they would clean my bracelet. Should have suggested clips that I will now order online.

Sales associates was clearly high on some sort of drugs, it was very awkward the way she was moving/acting/speaking.

The associated was a kind of rude because I was trying to return a damage item that I bought online and she refused for the payment method that I used. And then I bought another items in the store and she didn’t gime the packets for the items. I asked for a case and she only give me a fabric bag.

Didn't have the merch I was looking for. Also had a ring break for the second time - asked if I could get something else and they said no. Should take back rings and give store credit

Associate in the Store appeared Sick- Coughing and red flush face. Not enough associates in the store to help out with all the customers. My Associate made me feel like I was not buying enough. Poor Overall Customer Service.
