Even though the sales associate helped me, she was much more interested in the other customer. She did my sale, but never acknowledged me at the end with a thank you for shopping here, she just went right back to the other customer.

I purchased stoppers for my bangle. The sales associate told me that they would fit my closed bangle. Once I got home to put them in- they don’t fit. They only work for the open bangle. I will have to return my two stoppers now

The sales associate I worked with was good at helping me select the rings I wanted, however the checkout process was not smooth. I paid with a few different forms of payment (gift card, cash, and credit card) and the associate did not know how to process the payments. She asked someone for help, and another sales associate said, very rudely, “she is helping me right now.” Seems to me the customer should have come first, or they could have apologized for the delay in my transaction. Also, the sales floor of the store isn’t set up smoothly. Everyone tended to gather in one area and it made it hard to browse the merchandise.

After being told that another store had my ring size and it would be put aside for me, they didn't have the ring at all and had to go out of my way to visit another Pandora store to exchange my ring.

The only reason I was not satisfied was because the sales associate was extremely unfriendly and rude... I asked for a size 5 ring and she came back with a 6 and said, I dont think 5 will fit, so when she saw that it was too big, she was annoyed and brought me a size 5 and said ok that looks find, are you gonna buy it or not? I was very taken aback.

The woman whom helped me was very unpleasant. She treated me very terribly. 1 of the 3 charms I purchased which w a s supposed to be a lock fell off the following day. Really not very happy with the product and the service I received. I have been a customer over 15 years. Please advise me on how we are able to make this right.

I placed an online order and was unable to pickup within three days. Instead of placing a hold on your account, you should do what every other retailer does, charge the account and leave pickup to the customer. The sales assistant and manager would not give me the sale price of merchandise and told me prices are set by legal. there is no way Krissy, the store manager, can override the prices in the system. I had originally purchased two charms on cyber monday but wound up walking out of the store with only one because I would not pay full price.

The saleswoman (blonde hair, glasses) was making faces to the other salesperson mocking every customer who walks in the store and sees a product. She was extremely rude to us, and wanted to kick us out of the store even though it was 40min before closing. When the student discount code wasn’t working, we kept trying to make it work and eventually gave up and bought the ring in full value (without discounts) because the woman was horrible to us and kept pressuring us and rolling eyes, kept glaring at us. When we finally bought the ring, she made a surprised face at her coworker as if she’s shocked we could afford it without the discount. 10% discount was not worth getting humiliated like this.

I originally went into your Salem NH STORE and I was completely ignored! The associates are standing around speaking Spanish to each other . I made it clear I was interested in some stackable rings bc I said it loudly as well as was trying on the samples. Another Customer walked in and they went right to her. Only speaking Spanish! I walked out and drive to the Manchester NHstore and purchased my rings there! That staff was very helpful
