The salesperson was very helpful and understood what I wanted. She showed me several options and answered all my questions. I didn’t feel pressured to buy anything, but I did.

We had a issue with a piece we bought one year and one week ago. The associate said the warranty is for a year. The manager came over and gladly took care of the problem.

The store was very inviting and the sale associate was friendly and was very knowledgeable on the merchandise.

Chrysta got me the ring I wanted and more. She showed me a ring to stack it with and I fell in love! She ended up helping my mom too and we walked out with two rings each.

The sales associate was extremely helpful. I was having issues with my bangle unclasping and she showed me some charms that would help with that and so far it’s been GREAT. She was very nice, funny, and easy to get along with. She helped me and four other of my friends and was very professional.

I was super satisfied with how the sales associate treated me, showed me every option I had to creat my own necklace. I would definitely go again in any time and recommend it to any other friend.
