I was trying to return some rings that I got as a present and Tianna was very rude and not helpful. Worst Pandora store I have ever been too.

I ordered the wrong size charms, the order was not even confirmed I tried calling to cancel it and explain that I would pick up in store instead of which I was not able to do. Now I will be charged still for merchandise I do not want and also have to wait until it arrives to return it and get my refund. Totally unacceptable

I purchased a ring from the Burlington location and was told it was “on sale” and they didn’t have it in my size so I would be able to exchange it at a later date. What they didn’t tell me was that it was actually discontinued. I had to call numerous stores and drive over an hour to exchange it for the correct size.

I have a crown ring that was given to me as a gift. the jewels keep falling out and i’ve exchanged it 4 times now but they won’t let me have a different ring. I feel like this is just a waste of your money because every month when I have to get a new one due to the ring falling apart, you lose $85 when I could just exchange it for something else and hopefully not have a problem.

I am doing a travel bracelet so each state I look for a charm. I went to this store of course for a NH charm the only one offered was blue while the theme color of my bracelet is pink that didn’t work so I asked if there were any items that might represent NH maybe something that represents the culture of NH or New England. The sales associate said, “This is not my culture.” I clarified saying something that represented the state she said, “I know what you mean” I purchased an initial charm then when asked if I shopped there before I answered no and she handed me her tablet to type in my name for the warranty info!! I have purchased charms in 3 states, a safety clip, cleaning cloth, misc charms in less than 3 months and I have Never experienced this type of service or lack of service. I have visited 2 malls in NH and they have very little to represent the state. I enjoy collecting Pandora charms during my travels but this experience was awful. Even when taking my payment she turned the entire device around for me to insert my card never had that experience either.
