When I arrived at the store I was promptly greeted. The sales associate showed me what I was looking for. She assisted by putting the new charms on my bracelet and even offered to clean my other charms.

The associate was pleasant and helped my sister and I pick out great pieces for our moms bracelet for her birthday.

Return completed and associate attempted to clean heart pave clasp on my bracelet. She was unable to remove all the tarnish.

I was kindly greeted on the way in. The sales associates was super kind and attentive-not pushy. Store gets really crowded on the weekend so it’s hard to navigate the store but still a great experience!
