It's great to go into a store be acknowledged immediately. I always reply on the sales representatives help and knowledge of product. It makes your shopping and buying experience much more enjoyable.

I came in the store wanting to make additions to the bracelet I received at Christmas. I honestly did not know much about the bracelet but the asssociate took the time to suggest the things that I needed to keep the bracelet in good condition and then took the time to let me make my selections and provide selections that I loved. I was satisfied with my purchase and looking forward to adding more or buying additional items.

the woman that helped us was named stephanie, and she was so sweet and helpful and able to pull out many different sizes for my friends and i! we were able to find a few rings each and she even offered to polish the new and old rings we even had on all within 10 minutes she was amazing!

Stephanie the sales associate was friendly and patient. She helped me make a decision between several items for a gift. She nicely wrapped my purchase and the store manager graciously cleaned my 2 tarnished Pandora charm bracelets.
