The store manager cleaned my bracelet that was black bc I didn't wear in for a year during the covid quarantine. It was so bad she worked really hard to clean it and took the time to polish it really well so it was restored back to normal. She also took the time to explain what to do to prevent it from happening again and was also very helpful in helping me select new charms for myself and a bracelet and a charm for my step daughter.

I was looking for a spacer charm to complete my Pandora bracelet. My bracelet is several years old, and I was having trouble finding exactly what I wanted. We happened to be at the Ross Park Mall, and on a whim, I stopped in the Pandora store there. The woman who worked at that store was very nice and helped me find the perfect charm. I felt very good about my purchase.

I walked in and got greeted right away. Then they helped me find the ring I wanted. They were also very good at sails because they explained the stacking system and I can’t wait to go get my plain wishbone ring to go with my tiara wishbone.
