The sales associate was extremely friendly and extremely helpful. She took the time to understand my issue with my bracelet and made a recommendation that should work. She took the time to more the charms from my old bracelet to the new one.

Found the store to be very clean and well organized. Staff was very friendly and helpful. My purchase was quick and easy. Best of all my wife lived the ear rings I purchased for her

I arrived at the store knowing what I wanted. The attendant was friendly and already showed me what I wanted. I was very well attended. I had little time and everything was done, including the payment, within the estimated period.

My ring had a problem, one of the rocks fell out and instead of fixing it, they replaced it! I was so pleased with the service!
