Mindy at the Ross park mall Pittsburgh Pennsylvania location provided great customer service... very helpful.. offered several suggestions.. knew the information I was asking as well as explaining upcoming sales! Only issue is that all charms nor clips were being shown in the store... could b because the store isn’t big enough..not sure. I had to ask about certain charms and she would pull those from the inside drawers ... if she would never have been doing that and suggesting other charms .. I would have assumed all you had is what was on display. Everything that u sale or at least 90% should be displayed... should not need to look thru a book to see what else I might look. In person gives a better visual.

I’m not quite sure the name of the girl who helped me, but she was so polite and she showed me all of the deals on the rings and it overall was a great experience

Patty, the store manager, was awesome! She was so accommodating and was well versed in the Pandora jewlery. Patty made a world of difference in offering various charm and bracelet selections to choose from. Loved the curbside pick-up too!

Meghan and a trainee were excellent at suggestions and patient as I was making decisions. As a previous seasonal employee, they could not have done a better job!

Associates were friendly and knowledgeable. Safety concerns with virus were nil. Store was very clean and sanitizers for customer use were very visible.
