The sales person was knowledgeable and friendly. She helped me and made good suggestions. She placed the new charms on my bracelet and cleaned it.

My sales associate was well groomed, polite, knowledgeable and extremely friendly. Both gals greeted me and my son saying hello and welcome to Pandora and immediately asked if we needed help. I am very pleased with my purchase because my sales gal was patient, knowledgeable and honest with my choices. I had a pleasurable shopping experience.

The store was very clean and easy to move through while there were only allowing 10 people at a time. We felt safe and were able to pick out a great ring!

This is the first time I was in the mall since the COVID and since they re-opened. I was impressed with the employees wearing masks and the sanitizer available for the customers. My sales associate was very helpful and courteous.

The sales associates were fantastic!! We had some charms on hold for when we got to the store,and they were ready for when we got there. The entire experience was seamlessly smooth and easy.

The sales associate who helped me spent a lot of time with me pulling trays of various sizes and recommended rings based on my likes/dislikes. She was very patient with me. I literally just walked in the store to see what they had and walked out with two rings--happy Valentines' Day to me!
