I received two of the same charm and wanted to exchange one for another charm. The store was crowded but I was greeted and when the next associate became available she assisted me. She was very courteous and helpful.

I was greeted when I entered the store and offered assistance immediately. The sales asst was knowledgeable and able to answer all of my questions.

The store manager, Megan, took care of my daughter and I as we looked for a birthday gift for a friend who was to celebrate her 80th birthday. She was so knowledgeable about Pandora’s charm selection that we not only purchased that gift but also charms for our bracelets as well.

Meghan, who I believe was the store manager was so wonderful to work with. She was patient with both me and mom mother (shopping together) and couldn't be kinder. Thank you, Meghan, for your help in the store and with my broken bracelet!! In addition, I was in the store previously shopping for Christmas presents and intending to only by 3 things; the sales rep who helped me (cannot remember her name but she had dark long hair), was not only incredibly helpful but a wonderful sales person! She had me leaving with double the presents! great job ladies!!

This store is always well organized and the staff is amazing! Every person that has helped me takes their time, listens and makes great suggestions.
