I was greeted by very friendly sales associates apon entering the store. The sales associate was very professional, friendly, and made me feel welcomed.

Mindy and Caitlin helped me with my damage exchange and purchase and they were WONDERFUL! Both of them were very knowledgeable ,friendly, and patient ! Ross Park Pandora is my favorite pandora location of all time! Everyone there is always so friendly and welcoming!

The associates were very helpful & friendly, especially Laci, who was willing to hold the merchandise I wanted for me until I could pick it up, which the Pandora store closer to me was not willing to do
