The store at Ross Park is hands down the best of all stores. The staff is incredible. I will not shop at any other Pandora stores.

I came into the store looking for a special birthday gift for a friend. The charm I was looking for had been discontinued, but the Associate showed me several other charms andI found the perfect one for my friend. I also said I was surprised there were no engagements charms. She promptly showed me the new engagement charm which I purchased for my newly engaged daughter!

Sales personnel I asked information from was friendly, knowlegeable, helpful. She was informative without being aggressive and made a sale even when I was just looking and browsing.....

Heather always has such good suggestions for me. I have a ring that I always tell her is my very favorite. She remembered that and told me it was being discontinued so I cold get a spare before they were gone.
