The store at Ross Park is the best. Since Megan has taken over as store manager, that is the only Pandora store I will shop. The prior store manager was the reason I would not shop there.

The sales associate that was helping me went above and beyond for me looking for the ring I wanted. The ring was not available in the store in my size and she helped me order one online. Also, she told me about a warranty I have with my rings that I never knew I had. She was so helpful. Probably the nicest sales associate I've worked with when I've gone into any Pandora store.

the customer services was outstanding. when she didn't know if they still had item the other was move so fast to fint the item. she was very frendly and kind.

First when I walk in I was greeted with a smile. 2nd the sales person ask me can they help she was a great help by me starting out with my new bracelet. She assist with me until the very end of my first time shopping experience.

Presentation of the merchandise was well done. The store was not overly busy and there were 3 sales staff available and they took their time with the customers that they were attending to. It would be better if you were greeted and acknowledged a wait time.
