The store was very well lighted and the jewelry just sparkled like diamonds. The selections were awesome!

Staff quickly explained I missed the holiday exchange day by 3 days(my daughters birthday was the 28th) so I didn’t realize I had a repeat charm until she opened her gift. I was a little bummed I had to pay the difference when I was exchanging charms of equal retail value. I purchased during a promo sale. But everyone was very friendly and helpful.

The Ross Park Store is so much more enjoyable to shop at now with the change of management. Megan is a wonderful store manager. I was not going to this location for awhile because of the prior store manager.
