Beautiful design, reasonable price, good service

We arrived an hour before closing, were immediately greeted by a friendly sales associate, Heather M. She waited patiently while my granddaughter shopped for her 16th birthday present(s). Heather continued to assist by bringing out each ring my granddaughter asked to see, and one of her suggestions, she bought. She happily purchased the buy 2, get 1 free!! Thank you!!

This was my first Pandora purchase. I became overwhelmed with the various selections available. The sales associate was extremely patient offering suggestions to assist in my final selection.

Every time I visit this location, I am immediately greeted and assisted. They have always had product in stock that I want. I believe her name is Laci that always helps me and she is so personable and helpful.

What I liked about my experience is that the sales staff were not pushy. Because this was my first time in a Pandora store, I wasn't sure what to expect; I was very pleased.

I was very pleased with my experience. I was helped right as I walked it, and she helped me find what I was looking for. When I noticed the ring was slightly too big I went back the next day and exchanged it with no problem!!
