Store had on stock item I had viewed on web site. I was glad to be able to purchase so I could give as gift the same day, “it’s a boy charm”. Sales staff were very friendly shared in excitement of new baby.

Overall the store I went to was not full yet it was ok because the sound level was kept at a minimum. As I walked around a sales lady asked me if I needed any help (which I did) and she gladly took me to choose my Pandora. She gave me useful insight in what could work on not on my bracelet and I actually did find it helpful.

The sales associates were extremely helpful! They knew the product well and were able to help me pick out an appropriate gift.

The Ross Park is once again wonderful. I was not shopping there because of the previous store manager, but now with the new store manager as well as the sales lead Laci, I will not make it my go to store.

I enjoyed the way the sales associate was able to easily help me with all of my needs. She was able to locate the exact charm that I wanted for my bracelet. She was also able to even recommend good clips to keep my bracelet balanced.
