The sales associates were very friendly and helpful. The sale was a great way to get people in and I love my purchases.

My stepdaughters surprised me with a visit to this store shortly after my husband had past away. They wanted to purchase me a bracelet with charms that would symbolize the love and memories I have with them and their father. I was just blown away with their love they had for me at a time that was difficult for them also. But with the wonderful care and attention that Dana and the other sales girl, I was able to make a beautiful bracelet that I will cherish forever.

The sales women were very attentive and had a good sense of humor. They helped me with my defective bangle by replacing it without any problem.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Pandora jewelry is high quality, and the store has a large inventory. New products are available on a regular basis. Bracelets and charms are great, but the other jewelry such as necklaces, earrings, and rings are equally nice.

The sales associate, Caitlin, was so kind and helpful. She made the experience easy and helped me select a ring when I was unsure of which to choose. I really appreciated her being involved rather than just sitting back and letting me look at the rings alone.

He staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. They helped me find what I needed and assisted me in the boxing needs I had.

The store manager, Meghan, was the associate who helped me with my purchase. I showed her the charms I had selected in the book prior to coming to the store. She offered to replicate the bracelet I was purchasing clips for to help me be sure I was choosing the ones that would look best with my bracelet. Meghan was very familiar with the merchandise and extremely helpful when I was selecting my free bracelets.

The sales associate was very nice. The only thing is I wish the merchandise had prices on it because each time you asked to see what you wanted to see what the prices were, the associate had to look it up in their book before she could tell me. It just wastes a lot of time.
