My husband bought me a floating charm locket online and the necklace brought the 2nd day I wore it. My husband emailed them and they didn’t respond. Over 1 week and a half and they still haven’t responded. I went to Pittsburgh to visit family and went to the store in the mall. Those ladies were amazing. I was in and out in 5 minutes with a working necklace. The store was clean and the associates were very friendly.

The sales agent was exceptionally knowledgeable in the merchandise available at the store and knew exactly what we were looking for.

Everyone was friendly and willing to help. I love the selection of the items; there is so much to chose from. However, I wish there were more sales or the items were cheaper. If they were more affordable to me, I would buy more.
