Sales associate was very helpful in finding what I specified. She was friendly & fun to deal with. She also hand cleaned my Pandora Christmas bracelet that I was wearing!

Dana and the store manager both were more than polite with me and very knowledgeable with every question I asked. walking in the door the manager at that time was the greeter she was more than helpful until my turn she answer all my question without me feeling that she cannot do two jobs at a time. I didn't get her name she may have went off the floor when I completed my sale. Dana was great. more Kudo's to her.

We were shopping on black Friday and even though thestore was extremely crowded, the sales representatives were very plesant and assisted customers in an efficient manner.

I like how efficient the sales people were in keeping track of customers and the order they were to be served. I went in on Black Friday, and it was very busy. I had a charm that needed replacing because it was missing a stone. It is a retired charm and had to be received from the Tanger Outlets. I was told I would get a call when it comes in. I am a little worried because the sales lady did write down my name and phone number but not the charm name or ID number. So I do not know if I will be satisfied with this area of service or not.
