I wanted the Murano Fascinating red charm to go with my Christmas theme bracelet but that charm was not available in store. Although I was very disappointed, the sales associate, Shannon, was able to find me something that went well with my bracelet and was available in-store. I still wish they would have had the murano or would have been able to ship it to my home.
