The sales associate as well as the store manager were very helpful and friendly. The store is always well kept and never have to wait even when crowded. I have shopped at the store for at least the last four years and always satisfied with level of service. I plan on returning to shop on Black Friday.

Martha the sales person was very friendly and knowledgable about the Disney charms. She was very helpful in making suggestions for other charms as the one I was looking for was out of stock.

Everyone at the Pandora store is very friendly. Whenever I go to the mall I always go to the Pandora store. I used to work for Pandora so I know their stuff is good and I still continue to buy it even without getting the discount!

The store manager approached me in a very friendly manner. She was very attentive toward me needs. She did not pressure me into buying anything that day but she did make great recommendations for other bracelets and charms. She took care of my needs immediately.

I was greeted and offered assistance as soon as I entered Pandora. After a few minutes of browsing an associate helped us find multiple rings to try on in different sizes. It was a very easy and relaxed shopping experience.

I shopped at the Ross Park Mall location and the service I received was excellent. I went in looking for a birthday gift for my best friend and the associate was extremely helpful with guiding me towards what I should buy and how I could plan the gift out for future purchases. I believe Heather was the name of the woman I worked with. She was absolutely outstanding and friendly and attended to any kind of needs or questions I had. I will be back in the near future for more purchases!

Salesperson MarySandra was extremely helpful, friendly and offered excellent advice in helping me design my rose gold stackable rings. I exchanged 2 rings ordered online that were too large. The exchange was made very easily.
