Pandora Jewelry

The sales staff was professional. They suggested that I look in my spam box for Pandora emails but there aren't any & this is the first email I've ever received(& in regular mail). I would like more color choices- orange beads/ crystal and would like the price to be a bit lower. I would buy more of f the pric s weren't so expensive.

The sales associate was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Once she saw what I like, she pulled even more trays out for me to see. Also, the store was very clean and bright.

This was my second visit to a Pandora store and it definetly made up for the first one!! The associate was very friendly, understanding of what I wanted and a little extra! The service was beyond excellent.

The sales person Samantha O was very helpful and patient with me. She helped me get all the charms I was looking for. Even offered suggestions to other charms if the ones I wanted weren't available.

All the sales repreesentatives were very help for and knowledgeable. They we all will to do what they could to help me. By them help I bought 3 items instead of 1

My overall experience was very positive , I expect to return to the store to exchange one item purchased for a different color of the same item that was not available . Other than that , I have been a very long time supporter of the brand .

I was highly satisfied because the sales lady was very knowledgeable. She knew her jewelry & explained all the answers to my questions!

When I walked into the store I was immediately greeted by 2 women who were more than happy to help me. As soon as I told the woman who was waiting on me what I was looking for she showed me all of the new rings that just arrived. She was wearing one of the rings that I was originally looking at online and showed me that there were 2 other ones just like that and they were stackable! She said she loved the one she had so I knew I had to buy them! She made things so easy and she was so sweet. I will definitely be stopping back at the store rather than shopping online next time.
