I love my sets I get compliments all the time

The sales associates were nice, but at the same time they were very condescending. I’m a teenager and they two female sales associates looked at each other as I came in and scoffed. When I asked about the birthday charms she automatically offered me the cheapest one. Now I was in looking for a birthday charm for my mom and this is one of the first times I’ve bought her a gift by myself. This put a bad taste in my mouth but I bought her a nice charm anyways. Slightly upset.

the lady who took care of me was great.. but I was black a another employee made me feel uncomfortable cause when i walk she was always right there but yet there were two white ladies and never gave them a second thought.. and I have an account and I would never dream of doing anything to put myself in harms way. please address these matter.

The younger workers were very nice and helped me through all the questions I had. They let me look at pretty much everything. It was really a great time

The sales associate greeted me on arrival and helped me find what I wanted quickly.

I would like more options in regards to rings. I was shopping for a birthday present for my mother and found it a tad difficult to find one I thought she'd like. I did end up finding something but couldn't help but feel like I settled. Also the charm bracelets are gorgeous but extremely expensive.

There was no more HP collection in stock, and the ones that were, they were hiding. It felt like the sales woman wanted me in and out.
