While in store and waiting for assistance, there were a few associates assisting others. Sales associate came from the back and walked passed me to assist someone walking in the store before assisting me. I had to ask the associate for assistance. Then two associates came from the back and were chatting with each other in the corner of the store when they could've been assisting others customers.

Staff seemed slightly irritated with us regarding not being able to decide what we wanted and changing our minds… and asking for separate transactions

Heather was pleasant and patient. Knew exactly what I was looking for

Well I just wish that my credit card would have been a lot larger amount when I first opened it so I could get the 14k gold bracelet and I wish the gold charms are cheaper even tho they were 30% off but I end up just getting one of them

Not bad service but only 2 employees working.

Well the lady was there all by herself and it was busy. There was only two trays of 50% off charms for bracelets. I don't think you had enough to choose from

The sales woman that I had was awesome but the saleswoman that occupied the store with her was not welcoming at all and one could take that in a negative way.

I you need more display cases to show your product availability. It entices people to want to purchase more

The only issue I noticed is as follows: I mentioned this was my first purchase and needed a starter item. The sales representative didn’t mention there was a starter special. The person I arrived with at the store pointed me in the direction of the special.
