Pandora Jewelry

Love the bracelet and the charms. Some little things make people smile. And now i got one.

I just felt as the sales representative wasn’t as engaged as I needed her to be. I was there to get a gift for a loved one and she didn’t treat it as such. She wasn’t helpful with picking out what I wanted. She put both my purchase and my gift in the same bag. I had to ask her to put them in a separate bag because this was a gift. She didn’t suggest anything for me to keep up the maintenance for my jewelry. I actually left the store and came back to get some cleaning cloths. The girl was nice and I know some days aren’t that great but she just wasn’t engaged like I needed her to be.

Well the Pandora store in tanger outlet was wonderful. But the one inside the Ross Park mall was horrible..

Still nervous about shopping in store during this pandemic. Was, unsuccessful at purchasing online and therefor had to stop in store.

It was the day after Christmas. I felt rushed to make decisions and purchase.

I wasn’t highly satisfied with my experience because I had to wait an hr in line to get into the store. Once I got in the selection was minimal and I was told if I new what I was looking for they might have extra.

There were only two sales associates and the wait was long, other people were waiting also. They didn't have the ring I wanted in my size, I did buy another style.

There was only one person working who was very slow. I had to wait almost an hour to get my jewelry. Overall the process was slow, but the result was lovely.

I ask the sales associate if she was going to clean the jewelry. She stated that they clean it in the morning. I normally go to Pandora at tanger outlet. They have cleaned all my jewelry in the past. I was heading to Victoria secret and noticed pandora and stopped in. I will now continue to go to tanger outlet.

When I walked in the store I was greeted by all the workers. Asked what I needed I was in to have a charm replaced due to it breaking Replaced it and was done best experience in a long time
