Pandora Jewelry

First visit to Pandora. It was a Very friendly experience. The associate was wonderful. I was disappointed that your birthstone options are very limited.

After already choosing and paying for my ring at this selection, I overheard another associate talking to a customer about the sale section of jewelry which was not made available to my knowledge by the associate who helped me. I would have been more inclined to purchase 2 or more rings from the sale selection rather than 1 from a full priced itemized section.

Did mot have my size in store have to wait a week

When my husband and I walked into the store, I asked if there was a waiting list. The sales associate seems annoyed that I asked and said someone will be with you when they can. I am used to someone standing at the entrance saying can I help you while smiling...this associate was not smiling and was not very friendly. When she asked what I needed, and I told her and then the sale continued on, her demeanor changed a bit and she was a little better. This is why I was not highly satisfied with the experience.

At first, the sales assistant was not able to accommodate my exchange request. However, she was able to do so after speaking with the manager.

The 2 associates who were helping me were very nice and helpful. Of the 2 ladies who were helping , one was in training and her computer froze while she was checking me out to pay. Another associate with short black hair came and in a rude tone told the girl who was ringing me up to “just start over”. I did not appreciate her rudeness.

I don’t know exactly why. I had any issue. I can give you a higly satisfied review

The selection was minimal and Pandora is a bit pricey. You are paying for the name more than quality.

When I entered the store I was not greeted nor asked if I needed help looking for something.
