the ring i purchased i returned multiple times because the stones fall out. i am highly dissatisifed with the quality of the ring

I went in for earrings, but could not find what I was looking for.

Satisfied with the help and what I got. Would have been more satisfied if there was more selection and better prices. Plus, the associate had no record that I made a purchase in December.

I purchased a lot of charms and came prepared with a printed list of what I wanted. I assumed this would be helpful and speed up the process but it didn’t. The sales associate was very friendly and I don’t want imply that she did not have good customer service. She wasn’t paying close attention and I ended up with 3 wrong charms. She didn’t review the selections with me so I’m partially to blame. I didn’t realize the order was wrong until I was home.

The lighting in the store is so bright with the lights directly over the jewelry cases it makes it hard sometimes to get a true view of what the product looks like at times. Also at times I feel like the employees seem to want to rush you through your selection process, for the money you are spending on your charms / jewelry spending more time with customers would be appreciated.

I tried to make an online purchase but my credit card won’t go through. It’s so weird. I used it everyday.

The employees appearances were not as polished as they should be ie; hair & clothing

I purchased 3 charms total $195. I asked if my bracelet to be cleaned. I was told 1 hour. Okay I returned 2 hours after doing all my shopping and dinner, and my bracelet had not been cleaned yet so I had to wait another 15 mins for the cleaning and was given a wet bracelet back. Very Sad service at Ross Park Mall

I feel like I paid a lot for a somewhat simple piece of jewelry

My visit wasn’t a unique experience. The sales associate was nice and knowledgeable, but I came in knowing almost a head of time what I was getting and leaving with. I think if I came in with more of an unsure idea, there may have been opportunity for a higher rating.
