Not a good time for a survey. Holiday crowd. The sales person did they best they could in a climate of a crowded store. But the crowd was a positive sign and drew me in.

The prices seem to continue to increase over time for a small . I missed the buy 2 get one free sale, and had to pay full price. I felt very disadvantaged by not being able to shop early for Christmas. Certainly was not my first visit to a Pandora store.

All of the associates were using the display cases as their desks. I had to wake them to move so I could see the products.

It was very crowded (not the stores fault)

I love the merchandise! It is very expensive and I wish more specials/sales were offered.

I was very satisfied with my experience however the store that was closest to me was not very helpful and I had to travel 15 miles away to another store where everyone was extremely helpful.

Should have more charms for children and teams, like you previously had, cheerleaders, dance slippers, things that pertain to child's life

The associate did not seem to know where to find certain items and had to keep referring back to the catalog.

My bracelet broke but was out of warranty so I had to buy a new one. I was not offered a bag
