The Assistant Store Manager we interacted with for our purchase was put off when we told her we wanted to purchase a ring between $30-45. She rolled her eyes and said well there isn’t much here I can offer you. I have shopped at Pandora for years and know exactly what rings are what price, and was there for stacking rings for a gift for a friend. We understand the holiday rush is busy and these store employees are trying to accommodate as many customers as possible, but because I started with this ring selection I did not want to proceed with the other items we came into purchase. She was in too much of a hurry to be put off by her opinion on what ring we were gifting so we finalized the purchase and left.

The store was extremely busy. No one greeted us. People were everywhere. We waited well over half an hour with our 4 year old son only to be told we needed to go stand along an unmarked wall that was the “line”. No one else knew that in order to get an associate you had to stand along a this wall. There was nothing that indicated this anywhere. Customers who had been waiting for quite some time before us didn’t know and those that came in after us did not know. If you weren’t in the store the second they made the announcement it was impossible to know. The other patrons were just as annoyed by this. There was no hustle from any of the workers nor were they even apologetic for the wait. After waiting 45 minutes and having all the charms we wanted picked out we finally got waited on only to be told that they didn’t have 1/2 of them. Some of which they claimed to have never even gotten in. It was a very agitating experience and for that I will not waste my time at a pandora store again. If I plan to purchase anything I will do so online.

I don't feel that the sales associates' are genuine. I had a serious incident at this location before, and every time I visit this location it is a constant reminder. This is my last time shopping at this location.

Two associates stood around and did not approach me as I was actively shopping with intent to purchase. I even asked one about birthstone rings as she was stocking rings and never looked up or greeted me and only pointed at the product. Very cold and almost made me leave the store and not purchase anything.

There were very little selection in the ring sizes and had a ring that I previously bought cleaned and left the store with it actually looking worse

The lady who helped my friend and I, she just wasn’t very friendly and didn’t seem like she wanted to helps us at all. It made the experience for us a little off putting as this was our first time in this store.

Associate was ok, not super friendly. This was the first time my daughter was getting a Pandora ring the day of her birthday.

I have shopped there numerous times. I have never been handed a single charm to look at. Usually the salesperson brings out a tray of charms for us to look at, and normally I buy more that way. I was irritated in the way she made us feel. I wanted to buy more but after that experience my daughter and I left. My daughter wanted to buy me a charm for my birthday and I wanted to buy her some for hers.

Sales associate was very dismissive and rude about getting into a drawer while we were looking at rings. Basically nudging my daughter out of the way to help another customer. If she had just said pardon me or excuse me could you please step aside for a moment and I will be right with you it would have been appropriate.
