The Quality of my charm that I purchased was less than poorly made, the stone was visible darker. I had to return it.

I felt the sales associate was less than qualified on her knowledge of available products. She was not friendly and I felt rushed. I was buying for 4 people and was not given a chance to look at different charms/clips/spacers. I was given a book to look at. She was confused as to what I needed. I am thankful I researched what I wanted before I went in. The manager was nice.

It was average service

I told the associate I was only interested in disney items and she handed me a book and told me to look at it and pick what I wanted and she would show me it. I could have stayed home and looked at the book

Went in store. Two sales associates were working with other customers, I stood around for a little, no one said hi, or that they would be with me shortly. New sales associate came out from back room, didn't recognize that I needed help until a few minutes later, not super friendly at first. When trying to look in the cases at charms, one of the other sales associates, that I was standing right next to, didn't move the catalog book or calculator off the glass for me to be able to view the items in the casebook. Had to ask if I could move them myself while doing it. (She was working with a customer, but it was clear that I was trying to look in the case) The sales associate working with me didn't even move them either. Not the worst experience I've ever encountered, just felt like an awkward situation all around.

3 sales associates in the store and only one was helping a guest prior to when i walked in. It took 11 minutes for the other two to finally walk up and acknowledge that i needed help. Never said hello, never said i will be with you in a moment, nothing.

When I walked in I was with one friend. We were there for about 30 minutes before anyone acknowledged us. There we about 3 employees working & nobody else was there. My friend had to call out 3 times for someone to come assist us & when they did come they said all of 3 words the whole time.

The sale assistance was very slow I ended up spending more than half an hour in the store even though I knew what I was getting and had picked them. In my many years I have never seen anything like this before it was so bad to the point where I am completing this review in hopes of better assistance. The sale assistance was not knowledgeable on where items might be and was unable to use the checkout tablet. This also might be useful to note that I was the only client in the store and there were two other staff members but no one helped until the sale’s assistance was unable to use the tablet the “managers assistance” came for a brief minute without even talking to me and went back to unloading charms in a box. I honestly felt unwelcome and worse of all a task that should not have taken me ten minutes took over triple that amount of time. To add to this, this was a gift so I left the store after paying and said I will be back in ten minute to pick the item up. To avoid anymore delay however, when I collected the package the item was not gift wrapped. This has been the most disappointing store visit.

I went to the store twice on Dec 31. The first saleswoman was very brusque and deliberately unhelpful wanting to ignore me and my questions. I did make one purchase from her. Later I returned and the second saleswoman was very knowledgeable and helpful and I made two purchases.
