The ring I wanted was not available in the size I needed. I asked how long it would take to get the correct size and was told 6 to 8 weeks.

Went into the store and no one welcomed me or even acknowledge I came into the store. We am associate finally came over to help me, he was rude and didn’t really help with trying to figure out what bead I could pair with a bead I was getting.

I purchased a bracelet and charms for a gift and earned a free bracelet. Instead of explaining the deal to me before I purchased, I returned to the store a few minutes later asking to return the bracelet I bought and use the free one I “earned” for spending over $150. The woman i originally purchased from completely walked away from me and the other woman, I don’t know if she was a manager or not, was short with me and just being rude. I was about to return the entire purchased for the way I was being treated. I apologized and thanked her for taking care of this for me but she was apparently annoyed.

The sales associate had no interest in helping me. I had to approach her and the store was empty.

the sales assistance rushed me. i had to ask to see more charms. she did not place the charm in a pandora box, or wrap it, or make it look like the gift and i let her know it was a gift

The bracelet was in the window with a price of $305 with 3 charms included. The sales lady charged me for all 3 charms and the bracelet. My total came to $400!!!! My fiancé was surprising me with this bracelet! (I have 3) I feel as though we should have been charged the price in the window!!! We were not! I’m very disappointed in this pandora visit! I’ve never had a bad experience but this may have been my last visit!

I have a product that is defective. I am out of the year warranty period but have always had issues with this bracelet closure.

The associate was rude. She commented how dirty my necklace was and expressed some disdain about it. When I pointed out that the item was not completely clean after she cleaned it she said it was likely due to something that I did to it. Disappointed at a rude young lady.

Not friendly, wasn’t interested in hearing what I was saying. Offered me a clasp to prevent my bracelet was falling off but didn’t explain how to actually use it to place my charm on once I was home. I have to return back to a Pandora store (different location) to have them teach me now. Customer service could’ve been better this trip. And heather the manager acted as if I was irritating her, I walked along and was greeted like I wasn’t actually suppose to be in the store. Shameful. That’s why I didn’t buy more charms i felt rushed I didn’t even get to look around.

I purchase Pandora jewelry very often. During my visit today I noticed the sales rep clinging tightly to the door where jewelry was stored pressing the door tightly against her thigh using one hand to show the piece of jewelry I had asked to see. I felt offended as if she assumed that I might try to steal a charm from the cabinet. Then I was asked to pay before she cleaned the bracelet that I came into the store to inqure about. After paying I was literally asked again if I would be paying my cash or card. I will not be returning to this store to purchase items.
