Mary Sandra was very ignorant. We do not have a pandora store close to us. All locations are at least and hour to and hour and a half from us. We did our Christmas shopping in Erie at a location that is a franchise retailer and we exchanged for a bigger size at the Ross Park Mall location after Christmas. I was not aware of the difference between the stores. She made it a point to rudely and constantly point that out to me even though I did not have a problem with the issue. She did exchange the bracelet for us but I would of rather just taken my business to the franchise location. After she gave us the bigger size I thanked her for her help and she didn’t say anything and just walked away. Leaving me to stand there not knowing if the transaction was completed. Very poor business especially after I just spent over $200 on your product. Very disappointed!!!!!

I returned to pandora to return and repurchase an item. The reason for this was to use a coupon for $10 off purchase of $100 or more. In the process of the return I explained to the associate what I was trying to do in regards to using the discount code. Before she even knew what item I had purchased she said in a derogatory tone this is only good for $100 as if I could not be spending that amount of money in the store. I felt insulted in the end.

Heather was friendly in the beginning and very patient. I explained I was shopping for a gift that might need shipped to CA. She even helped make sure there was a store near their home in the case exchanges were needed. Because of the sale buy 2 get 1 free I would get something for myself to keep it balanced and pay for shipping else where if I couldn’t complete the gift. We looked at all the charms (would have been easier if they had catalogs in) there wasn’t much that fit my needs. At the end she rang up the 2 items being shipped along with my final sale charm. I said I did not want those because they are to be shipped as I originally stated. This when she got very rude and snatched away the items I wanted shipped. She then talked about me to another associate while I was standing there. I even showed her I was in the process of placing the order myself online and never did she offer to do it in the store. Despite how I was treated by Heather I still made the order and got more than I originally planned in store. My order came to $202 (2 separate orders). You can verify through my pandora account.

The greeter was rude and didn’t explain anything upon entry. And when I asked her a question she responded reluctantly she doesn’t even shop there. And the sales associate was completely rude she rushed me I even tipped her100 to express that giving during Christmas is what she needed to do . Horrible experience, actually I’d like my tip back.

First off told the associate I wanted to stay around $150 and the first proposed number was $260. Secondly my girlfriend was with me and was treated very rudely and was not explained the ongoing promotion and therefore purchased a bracelet even though she was due a free one with just her charm purchase.

I bought a rose gold ring. After 2 weeks of wearing it it started tarnishing. ( i took it off to sleep, wash hands, use hand sanitizer etc. ) I paid $100 for a cheap made ring.

I visited the store located at Ross Park Mall in Pittsburgh to exchange a broken clasp bead that I received as a gift but it never worked. I am handicapped and use a power wheelchair and I do not get to the mall often. We could not locate the purchase through the store records so I was not given the benefit of the doubt and had to throw the bead away. I did purchase a $65 Bangle before I left the store. But once I got home, I decided that Pandora did not deserve my business so I will be returning the bracelet within the next week. Replacing the broken bead would have been a “good will” gesture that would have cost Pandora next to nothing but instead it has now cost you a customer. I’ll take my business and shop elsewhere,

Could not open or close bracelet. Deceived into opening a Pandora charge.

It was not with the store it was entirely with the online ordering and pickup of said item. Couldn’t fill my order in the speediness of my need and then when I arrived at the store had to purchase a second item and couldn’t cancel my online order
