Pandora Jewelry

Purchased a gift set for Christmas present. Recipient needed different size bracelet. Was informed that bracelets in gift sets come in ONE SIZE only and the entire set had to be returned and all pieces repurchased individually. Completely ridiculous.

The sales associate was extremely rude and when I tried to explain what I was looking for she was more interested in what she wanted me to find not what I wanted to see.

They charged and packaged the wrong item. I had to go back to the store for the actual ring I went there to buy.

I recently got a bracelet 2 clips and a charm and safety chain. Apparently the bracelet must have been damaged and opened on it’s on. I lost my clips and charm. Not only wouldn’t they replace the items I was told my purchase wasn’t found in the system. My family and I have spent a lot of money in Pandora. This will more than likely be my last visit and purchase

The store manager doesn't have any manners to speak to a customer. She is really very rude and racist and communist. She is absolute waste to talk to as she don't have any knowledge of the return/exchange policies of Pandora. I'd definitely file a complaint against her and the store for the pathetic service she delivered.

I received my bracelet as a gift and was told it was purchased from a franchise. My clasp broke and they do not usually do replacements on exchanges. I did not ask for a replacement but for the clasp to be fixed. The associate was very rude during the transaction. When I said thank you she did not reply. I felt like I was bothering her the entire time. I felt because I was not purchasing anything that I was wasting her time. Its I unfortunate that someone so young has an attitude such as hers and that she represents a well known name as Pandora. Someone should remind her of this and that she chooses to work in retail.

The sales associates have terrible just horrible attitudes! Highley rude, and not helpful. This is not the first time I’ve had a horrible unpleasant experience in this store. This company needs to hire people that are comfortable working with customers, because all they are doing is loosing customers by acting this way. I was never offered assistance I have to ask for help. Rolling eyes and sighing with attitude is not somewhere I enjoy being. All the sales associates are this way at this store not just one and like I said before this isn’t the first time. I will NOT be going back to your store.
