Staff was efficient, friendly and very helpful.

I had pre-selected my purchases to minimize shopping time. My associate (Miyah) was all to ready to fulfill my purchase and did so with expedience. I made a substantial purchase and was in and out of the store within 20 minutes. Service on levels of none other!

THANK YOU to the two sales associates at the Southpoint Mall in Durham, NC for their quick thinking and ability for them and me to seek shelter on the evening of Wednesday, December 8. There was a ruckus in the nearby food court. We weren’t sure if shooting would follow like in one of the previous incidents recently at the same mall. The Pandora store was closed for 10 minutes. One of the sales associates asked was there anything else that I would like to see. I looked at other bracelets during this time. Initially, I went to the store only to look at bracelets, but after the incident I went ahead and purchased the bracelet.

The merchandise is quality jewelry but expensive

Miyah N was excellent and very patient with me. She tried different charms on my bracelet to try to fine what I was looking for. She was very professional and courteous. She did not try to rush me. She let me take my time selecting the charms I wanted for my bracelet. I purchased two charms, plus a chain for a Pandora locket charm that my son gave me a couple of years ago. I had not been able to find a chain that I wanted/liked for the charm. She found the perfect chain for it. I am a very satisfied customer. Laquasia was very nice and helpful, as well, when I was trying to select charms. I will definitely go back the the Durham store.
