This was my first purchase from pandora and the sales associate helped me pick out a bracelet and charms and was very nice and helpful.!

The associates were friendly. They were well informed. It was a great experience.

Although, the salesclerk was not 100% knowledgable about the merchandise she (Miyah) did her best. She asked to help to ensure pricing was accurate. I enjoyed the learning experience because I had never been into a store and wasn’t familiar with the process ie. how you can extend using links, add charms, etc. I am looking forward to returning for a necklace and another bracelet.
