The line had maybe 6 people. The staff members kept the line moving and when someone attempted to skip the line and go in the exit door it was handled in a professional manner.

Jen was incredibly helpful and was able to answer all of my questions. The staff was crazy with the line of people waiting. She still took her time and was very patient.

My guy wanted to buy me a Pandora bracelet for Valentines day. We went into the store at the mall and found the perfect one with 2 charms included for an incredible price. I got one of the charms engraved right on the spot. I love the bracelet and will be going back for more charms.
