The location of the store, the friendliness of the store staff and there knowledge of the the bracelets and charms. I really wish you would come out with a Sea Horse Charm, I would be the first one in line.

Hayden G was very knowledgeable and helpful when deciding what bracelet and charms I wanted. He also knew where things were located within the drawers and got the items fairly quickly. I assume he was training someone else on sales as there was a girl following him around and I loved that he was explaining things to her and also letting her take lead at times. It was lovely to be serviced by the both of them and they made the shopping experience all the more enjoyable!
