My sister loves her bracelet and losted it. We bought her another one and everyone band together and bought her charms for her bracelet. They charms are lovely

Destiny made our first Pandora experience wonderful. She was extremely helpful, kind, and sweet. We were a bit clueless on what we were doing, and she made everything simple and smooth.

Sales clerk was very knowledgeable about the products. My daughter and I were buying the essence bracelets for our birthday’s. The salesclerk tried different charms to see what looked best for us! Love pandora! Need to have more sales but loved my free gifts!

The sales associate we had, Jenny T., was very helpful. I wanted a specific item which was no longer being sold, I wanted a dangling K. She explained why they were discontinued. I explained to her why I wanted it, And she suggested something to me that I love more than that! Great experience!

My sales associate Quiana was awesome. It was my first time shopping at Pandora. I knew exactly what I wanted to purchase but I couldn't find it. I told her what I wanted and she went right to it. She took her time and answered any questions I had, she explained the promotion the store has going on. I even appreciate her integrity and honesty. I will be returning to Pandora next week to purchase another ring. It's nice to see happy, smiling faces when you go into a store to make a purchase. I

The sales associate, Valerie, was very helpful, pleasant, not overly pushy nor aggressive which I appreciated. I told her basically what I was interested in a purchase for a gift and she led me in the right direction showing many appropriate choices not getting off track. The store was lavish yet not over-the-top, definitely a very pleasant shopping experience overall.
