I visited this Pandora store with the intention of buying myself a charm in memory of my mom. Patricia S was absolutely an incredible sales lady. We shared many memories of our moms that have passed. I started browsing the sale items and nothing really popped out at me. I picked out a rose charm that was on sale. Patricia then stated that she had a charm I may be interested in buying in the future. The charm she showed me brought tears to my eyes and a silent happy cry. I instantly knew I needed that charm "Mother's Rose". I paid for my purchase, then Patricia and I exchanged a much needed hug. Please thank Patricia for being an empathetic ales person.

When I walked into this Pandora, I wasn’t expecting to receive this experience. I had originally wanted to do an exchange at another boutique for the same ring just in a different size, and the other boutique came up with the most ridiculous reasons as to why they could not exchange this ring. I decided to take my business to Pandora and in about three minutes, Pandora helped me so much more than the other boutique. My boyfriend’s little sister was extremely happy that we could exchange her ring! Thank you so much to you all!

They are very customer friendly. They explain to you the things that you may not know that can happen to your jewelry without asking. And also a very uplifting and good High Spirit place to shop.
