The lady helping me was very knowledgeable about the selection available. She brought out some charms that I had never seen.

I was very satisfied with my experience because my sales rep Lauren was awesome. She took the time to add/remove charms to 4 bracelets that I had brought in. She assisted me with getting them cleaned as well. She also assisted with a earring purchase as a gift for my best friend.
