I was very highly satisfied with the customer service rep that help me she was knowledgeable and very helpful she also try to help me look for a certain charm that was not in stock she also gave me tips and advice on what to do to get notified when the charm does Come in I was satisfied with my experience inside the Pandora inside the Joliet Louis Mall and would highly recommend this location to anybody

Right when I walked in I was greeted by Brittany S. Once I got the ring I wanted she mentioned the sale of spending $125 would get me a free heart of winter bracelet. So I also bought a charm and she have me a variety to choose from. Very sweet!
