I never have a problem going into the store. Sam B was very helpful with my girlfriend showing her different ideas and designs for her bracelets. I will be going back within this month to buy her another bracelet because of Sam B.

I was highly satisfied with my experience because I found exactly what I was looking for. Customer service was awesome and very friendly to both my boyfriend and I. She also gave very important and useful information.

First of all every time I go into this store the customer service is outstanding. Eduardo is really good! I went there last week to purchase maybe 2 items, I left with 6! :) Very helpful and knowledgeable! I returned a few days later to exchange one of the items and the girls were very helpful (Destiny, Zoe and I think Tuti was her name)!

Pat was wonderfully helpful! It was such a pleasant experience I will be sure to go back to this store again!

Jenny T and Lexi both helped me during the visit, they were extremely helpful and filled me in with the details of the promotions.

I was shown the charms that I was interested in, right away. The sales associate was very helpful in helping me make a decision in my purchase. I was very happy with how quick I was out of the store, since I was in a bit of a rush.
