Jenny, the sales rep, was very helpful to a first timer. She made several suggestions that would help to keep my bracelet in good condition. I'll definitely be back to purchase another charm.

The sales person helping me did not have a good grasp of how to do things and needed to keep asking others for the answers to my questions. She had to walk away several times as well. Also, the service was not Pandora level. I had to ask her to use the clasp opener for one of the charms. Needs just a bump up on the customer service.

When i walked into the store, the associates didn’t even greet me when i walked in. i was able to browse around before i had to call someone to get assistance. the lady that helped she was really kind and was able to make the purchase very easy. she helped me style my bracelet great. other than that, everything was okay

The store was not busy. The associate suggested a clip however did not offer to show any. Seemed in a hurry to get us out of the store.

I had a pandora credit card with a 2000.00 Limit. I have always paid on time. Now they lowered my limit to 300.00. I a very upset with this. I almost do not want to purchase pandora items any more. Keep in mind I have 5 bracelets. I would like you to look into this matter for me and respond back

Sales representative was unable to locate order. Manager went right to the order with no problem in the same area that sales representative had previously looked

The service was very good, the CSR was kind and nice. The selection of charms and the SALE of any charms caused me to only buy a bracelet and a gift card verses a bracelet and two charms as I intended.
