The visit to your store was the first for me. There was a line but I did not have to wait long. I completed my purchase within a short time frame and was on my way.

The system for browsing and waiting on an Associate was not clear, so this caused longer wait times and confusion among customers.

They did not match price. We visited macy’s and they had pandora inside and I was interested in the same product I purchased at the store which was priced 70$ more this was a necklace and earrings set exactly the same one. Which is not a good customer service. That is the reason I rated less

The customer service was excellent. I am not satisfied with it being holiday time and to get the free gift you can not purchase gift cards for the total purchase. Most Pandora wearers have multiple charms, therefore it will not be a surprise if you are asking a person what charms they have already. Charms are a favorable gift but it would be nice if the person could pick out their desired memoir. Also, a coworker received a $25 off in the mail from Pandora, I know I spend much more than this person. I never got an email or mailer for any amount off but I still shop because i Like the charms and bracelets.

Had my child with me. Child started crying and she pulled my mask below my nose. Trying to calm baby and sale associated kept saying pull mask up. I was trying to do both at the same time. Sale associated needed to be patient while parents interact with their child.
