The associate was rushing us through the process. We were exchanging a ring I purchased for my 16 year old daughter. She is new to jewelry. The associate failed to give me price differences BEFORE my daughter tried them on. There was not a line in the store and they were not busy - I do not feel there was any reason for a rushed process. The visit did not feel genuine. I do have multiple Pandora items and I do not feel comfortable spending so much money on a product in store when I can not establish a personal connection with the sales person.

I am looking for certain charms. I had a bracelet, I lost & I am looking for some of the charms.

They made me wait some time before helping me and the associated was not offering me the deals the company was having

A lot of the selections were limited or sold out.

I like the product.

People were coming out of the store but the lady who was keeping track of everyone, wouldn't let us in. We stayed outside for a good 20 minutes and we were in a hurry. Since we were next in line, we thought we might as well just stay. But it did take a long time to just make a return.
